Site Facilities- Lots of Unique Space for your Special Event

The Wells Hall Activity Center has over 2400 ft2 of Meeting Spaces, Breakout Rooms, and informal gathering spaces for Sales Meetings or Presentations. Our Largest Room can support about 12 people. The first floor is a very flexible and open space to accomodate a variety of needs. Larger Groups can also use the Craft Barn or we can arrange a tented space with a great outdoor but protected vibe.

Our Craft Barn is a great space for hands on activities, High Cellings, Full Electric, Heated and shop air

Our new Outdoor Pavillion deep in the woods will open in Spring 2026, great for outdoor presentations, or music.

Lots of open area to support gatherings. We can help arrange tents or an activity space.

We can help arrange a catered service from one of the great Clarkston Food options, or bring your own and we can provide areas for you to grill or do your food prep. 

We have several Trails with a wide variety of natural settings. Climb to Observatory Crest for the highest natural elevation in South Eastern Michigan, See whats happening in the wetlands or enjoy some serenity at one of our scenic bench's
