PRESERVE, CONSERVE, ENJOY is the long established theme of the Preserve! Prospect Hill Nature Preserve is a privately owned Nature Preserve located in Clarkston Michigan. Dedicated to the Preservation of the natural forest habitat, it features an impressive diversity of Oak Forest and Wildlife along with one of the highest natural elevations in Southeastern Michigan. The property has been owned and managed by the same family with a unique passion and dedication to the preservation of natural habitats for over 60 years.
Forest and Wildlife
More than 20 acres acting as a natural buffer within a highly dense community. Wildlife has the ability to be undisturbed, thrive and find refuge from the urban sprawl that challenges the region
Management
The property is maintained and supported by a small group of dedicated volunteer and donor focused on maintaining the native forest and managed removal of invasive species. We also have a strong relationship with the Blue Heron Headwaters Conservancy. Support our Pull a Weed, Save a Forest project.
