Frequently Asked Questions

Prospect Hill Nature Preserve is privately owned.


To access the Property you must be have a Trail Pass. A Trail Pass can be requested by submitting the Form which can be found on the ACCES Page of this website. To inquire about hosting an Event or other activity on the Preserve please reach out to us through our Contact Page.


In order to preserve the native land and ecosystem, No Wheeled vehicles are be allowed on the Property. Wheeled vehicles create significant erosion issues and also disturb the nesting habits of animals that habitate the property.


Blue Heron Headwaters Conservancy works with the property owner to manage the ecological aspects of the property

No Hunting, Fishing, Trapping of any kind is allowed on the Property, Violators will be agressively prosecuted. 


While the Deerwood and Manors HOA and residents are adjoining neighbors, the HOA's and/or thier members have no ownership or special access rights to the Preserve. The Preserve desires to work closely with the HOA's and adjoining neighbors on matters of mutual beneifit or interface


The Preserve is funded entirely by individual donations. The Preserve does not receive any funding from HOA's or other public sources.
